The Twin Roo+ is a frame stroller with a minimalist design that provides car seat compatibility. It also comes with an enormous storage container. It is among the lightest double strollers available on the market. It weighs just 24 pounds. without infant car seat attachments. This is quite light for a twin stroller. During our testing during our testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a stroller that doubles as a stroller. It is able to navigate through most terrains, but it has issues on grassy areas and over gravel. It isn't easy to maneuver over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We don't recommend using this stroller off the road or on stairs, however it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.
While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a common issue with twin frame strollers. However, Joovy offers an additional under-seat baby carrier bag to help address this issue.
Unlike other top-scoring models, the Roo+ does not have a self standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage but we would prefer to have a stroller that has more versatility. Its flexibility in seating configuration is a nice feature, however, as it allows parents to mount their infant car seats facing opposite directions or in the same direction, to better suit their needs.
